O R D E R

The present Civil Contempt Petition is filed by the complainants under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, against the accused, alleging willful disobedience of the interim Orders dated 05.11.2018 and 03.12.2018 passed in W.P.Nos.44514 and 48718/2018.

In pursuance of the Order dated 29.09.2022, today, Sri R.S.Ravi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri K.S.Venkataramana, learned counsel for the complainants, argued with vehemence to persuade the Court. But he could not succeed.

At this stage, Sri K.S.Venkataramana, learned counsel for the complainants filed the Memo for withdrawal, dated 13.10.2022, which reads as under:

"The undersigned herewith prays that this Hon'ble Court please to permit the complainants to withdraw the above petition, keeping open to all contentions of the writ petition and this withdrawal will not effect on the merits of the W.P.No.44514 and 48718/2018 in the ends of justice and equity."

In view of the above, the present Civil Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, keeping open all the contentions of both the parties to urge their grounds in the writ petition pending between the parties.
