The complainant has filed the present Civil Contempt Petition against the accused to take action under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the order dated 18.08.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge made in W.P. No.1636/2015, wherein the learned Single Judge while allowing the writ petition, quashed the endorsement. The said order has been confirmed by the Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in W.A. No.4916/2015.
