Single Judge while disposing of the writ petition issued a writ of mandamus directing the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board to consider the representation, dated 1.7.2015 of the complainant to withdraw the amount from the Tahsildar and on requisition made by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board to the Tahsildar/accused in this regard, the accused to return the amount to enable KIADB and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board to take necessary steps to disburse the amount in favour of the complainant, in case if there is no dispute in respect of the property, in accordance with law. It was further directed that if any dispute arose after passing the award in respect of disbursement of the amount, it was always open for KIADB and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board to take action to proceed in accordance with the provisions of Sections 30 and 31 of the Land Acquisition Act.
