The complainant has filed the present contempt petition under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to take action against the accused for willful disobedience of the order dated 19-6-2018 passed in Writ Petition No.53860 of 2014 (S-RES), wherein the learned Single Judge, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the accused to work out the financial benefits, if any, keeping in view the observation made in the writ petition and to that extent, the decision shall be taken in expeditious manner, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
