The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate are heard for final disposal. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, Malur to consider her different representations as per Annexures-F1 to F3.

husband, late Muniyappa predeceased his father who died on 28.05.1999. The petitioner has been pursuing with the second respondent for issuance of appropriate saguvali chit and updation of the revenue records in her favour for the subject land which is granted in favour of her father-in-law.

Revenue Officers have also affirmed as per Annexure-E1 that the petitioner is in possession of the subject land.
4. The learned Additional Government Advocate
submits that the second respondent would consider the petitioner's request for issuance of saguvali chit after verifying due records and in accordance with law. In the light of these circumstances and submissions, the following
ORDER
[a] The petition stands disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, Malur, Kolar District [the second respondent] to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of saguvali chit for 2 acres 4 guntas in Sy. No.33 of Sonnanayakanahalli, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, with consequential revenue entries and to take necessary action in a time bound manner.

[b] The petitioner is permitted to file a detailed representation enclosing a certified copy of this order within four [4] weeks from the date of receipt thereof, and the second respondent shall inform the petitioner about the status of such consideration within eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner as
aforesaid.
