The petitioner has filed this petition for correction of the RTCs for the lands in Sy.Nos.9/1 and 9/3 of Alase village, Mandagadde Hobli, Thirthahalli taluk. According to the petitioner, the revenue records for these lands have been updated after the orders of the Deputy Commissioner on 28.4.2014 in R.Misc.No.11/2009-10 and the subsequent directions of this court in W.P.No.11720/2019. While updating the revenue records for the subject lands in compliance with these directions, certain errors have been made in

Column Nos.1 and 2 of the RTC. The petitioner's request for correction has not been considered.

The learned Additional Government Advocate, who was called upon to secure instructions, submits that such error is not only in respect of the petitioner's subject lands but also in respect of other lands in the village, and the Tahsildar has initiated necessary process for carrying out corrections in the RTC for the lands wherever there is error. The Tahsildar would complete such exercise within four weeks.

In the light of this submission, the petition stands disposed of directing the jurisdictional Tahsildar, the second respondent to issue corrected RTC for the subject lands within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
