This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned show cause notice dated 21.01.2020 issued by R-2 vide Annexure-A to the writ petition and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing in 'B' Group this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER
Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the show cause notice at Annexure-A was only for the limited purpose of obtaining relevant information from the petitioner and that an inspection report has been prepared and submitted to be utilised at the time of assessment or re-assessment of the petitioner. He places on record the inspection report and submits that in the event of separate proceedings being instituted, the same would be proceeded by necessary notice.
Recording the said submission, petition is disposed off as the same does not call for any further adjudication as the authorities are yet to take necessary steps in terms of

the inspection report. All contentions of the petitioner on the merits of the matter are kept open.
