The petitioner in the above matter has opted for the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and has filed an application under VVS-2019 in Form-1. The same has been accepted by the Assessing Officer and he has issued Form-3 on 09.11.2020. Hence, for the above said reason the petitioner is seeking leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above petition in the interest of justice and equity.
