Learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court has

preferred an Original Application being aggrieved by the order of termination. However, the Tribunal by a non speaking order has dismissed the Original Application and none of the grounds raised by the petitioner have been looked into.

Tribunal as none of the grounds raised by the petitioner have been looked into nor there is any discussion upon the grounds raised by the petitioner, the order dated 6.11.2019 passed by

the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore Bench, in OA.No.170/00146/2019, is hereby set aside. The matter is remitted back to the Tribunal. The parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 2.3.2021 . The parties shall be free to raise all possible grounds before the Tribunal and the Tribunal shall pass a detailed speaking order, that too, after hearing the parties, in accordance with law.
