ORDER

The learned Additional Government Advocate states that in terms of the order dated 25^th June 2021, a supplementary lease deed effective up to 16^th June 2031 will be executed by imposing a condition that before commencing the quarrying operations, the petitioner will obtain consent of the Central Government under Section 2 of the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980. The learned Additional Government Advocate states that within six weeks, the supplementary lease deed as aforesaid shall be executed.

Accordingly, by directing the State Government to do so within the stipulated period of six weeks from today, the petition is disposed of.
