that now the complainant has realized that there was no prohibitory order passed on 25th January 2021 and therefore, there is no question of accused committing breach of any order. He also accepts that by addressing the letter dated 25th January 2021 at Annexure-C, the complainant has committed a mistake. He states that the complainant assures the Court that such mistake will not be repeated.

counsel for the complainant on instructions, we dispose of the
petition.
