THIS PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH ANNEXURE-A DATED 16.04.2018 PASSED BY THE RESPONDENT AND DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO EXECUTE THE SUPPLEMENTARY LEASE DEEDS IN PURSUANCE OF THE ORDERS PASSED BY THIS HON'BLE COURT DATED 04.07.2017 PRODUCED AT ANNEXURE-F AND ETC.,
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR HEARING THIS DAY, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayers:
"i) Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing Annexure-A dated 16.04.2018 bearing no.GaBhuE/UNIRa/KaGaGu2427/2006/2018-19/146-153 passed by the Respondent, in the interest of equity and justice.
ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to execute the supplementary lease deeds in pursuance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 04.07.2017 produced at Annexure-F, in the interest of equity and justice.

iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.07.2016 produced at Annexure-E and further issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.11.2017 produced at Annexure-K, in the interest of equity and justice.
iv) Issue such other Wirt or order as deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of equity and justice."
