ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is as to non-
registration of the complaint in terms of FIR which he has lodged on 04.12.2021 at Annexure-A.
for the respondent Nos.1 & 2, opposed the writ petition for
some time; however, now he fairly submits that he would instruct respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner in a time bound way keeping in view the parameters laid down by the Apex Court in LALITA KUMARI

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off, costs having been made easy.
