The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
the matter would not survive for consideration as the tender period was for the period of 2016-2017. Hence, seeks to withdraw this petition.
“In view of the above matter, the petitioner is filed the instant writ petition for participating in the tender, that this Hon’ble court has been granted the interim order dated 13.01.2017. The above writ petition has become infructuous. Hence does not survive for consideration. Hence kindly

permit to withdraw the above writ petition in the interest of justice and equity.”
