Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 claims to be the occupants of house bearing No.44, KHB colony, Rangikatte, Bhatkal and house bearing No.38, KHB Colony, Rangikatte, Bhatkal respectively.

Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 submitted a representations on 09/01/2020 and 20/01/2020 to execute the sale deed in their favour in respect of house bearing No.44, KHB colony, Rangikatte, Bhatkal and house bearing No.38, KHB Colony, Rangikatte, Bhatkal respectively.

Petitioners’ grievance is that the said representations have not been considered by the respondent till this date.

Learned counsel for petitioners would submit that in the similar circumstance, this Court in WP.No.7698/2013 disposed of on 05.06.2013 directed the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that if the representations submitted by the petitioners are not considered, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 dated 09/01/2020 and 20/01/2020 at Annexures-E and F in accordance with law within two
