Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 claims to be the occupants of house bearing No.9, KHB Colony, Prabhatnagar, Honnavar and house bearing LIG-13/C-6, KHB Colony, KSRTC Depot, Habbuwad, Karwar respectively.

Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 submitted a representations on 03/03/2019 and 21/03/2020 to execute the sale deed in their favour in respect of house bearing No.9, KHB Colony, Prabhatnagar, Honnavar and house bearing LIG-13/C-6, KHB Colony, KSRTC Depot, Habbuwad, Karwar respectively.

Petitioners’ grievance is that the said representations have not been considered by the respondent till this date.

Learned counsel for petitioners would submit that in the similar circumstance, this Court in WP.No.7698/2013 disposed of on 05.06.2013 directed the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
