On the demise of the learned counsel Sri C.Gowrishankar who appeared for the petitioner, his wife learned counsel Smt. Girija.A.S, appeared before this Court and informed this Court that information is given to the petitioner to engage the services of another counsel. On 09.03.2021 learned counsel Sri S.K.Ravi
undertook to file vakalath. On 23.03.2021 when the matter was called out there was no representation for the petitioner and neither did learned counsel Sri S.K.Ravi file vakalath. In the interest of
justice, the matter was adjourned to this day.
