Petitioner has sought for direction to consider the representation dated 06.12.2018 at Annexure-F and also to pay the balance amount to the petitioner’s institution plus University fees to each of students belonging to SC/ST category with interest on delayed payments from * 2004-2005 to 2014-2015 .

Petitioner is an educational institution running * B.Ed Course in the name of Tungabhadra * B.Ed college, which is recognized by the NCTE (National Council for Technical Education). With reference to the scholarship for SC/ST students, the petitioner submitted a representation dated * 07.12.2018 at Annexures-F and F1. Petitioner’s grievance is that the said representations have not been considered by the respondents even till this date.

In identical matters, this Court had directed the respondents to consider the said representations. There is no legal impediment to pass similar orders in this case also. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider
