In this petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing the impugned orders passed by first respondent as per AnnexuresA and C respectively.

Therefore, the petitioner's prayer to quash Annexures - A and C
does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, pending interlocutory applications do not survive for consideration and they stand disposed of.
