This appeal is filed under Section 4 of the Karnataka High Court Act praying to set aside the order passed in W.P.No.51279/2015 dated 26.02.2020 by the learned Single Judge and dismiss the Writ Petition and grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case including costs.

JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a
memo for withdrawal has been filed as there has been

out of Court amicable settlement between the appellant and respondent Nos.4 to 8 and hence, the appellant does not wish to prosecute this appeal any further.
Memo is perused. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn, I.A.1/2020 and I.A.2/2020 also stand dismissed.
