This HRRP is filed under Section 46(1) of the Karnataka House Rent Control Act, praying to set aside the order dated 02.12.2017 passed in HRC No.31/2017 on the file of the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes at Bangalore, and thereby dismiss the said petition and grant relief as the Court may deem fit including costs in the interest of justice.
This House Rent Revision Petition coming on for Orders through Physical Hearing/Video Conferencing this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is neither present physically nor through video conference.
Perused the memo filed by the petitioner seeking dismissal of this petition as having become infructuous.
The note put up by the Registry goes to show that the petitioner has not paid the cost imposed on 19.01.2021 in favour of
the Bengaluru Professionals Benevolent Fund, Bengaluru.

In view of the memo, the present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous, however, reserving liberty to the Bengaluru Professionals Benevolent Fund, Bengaluru, to recover in a process known to law, the cost of `500/- imposed upon the petitioner vide order of this Court dated 19.01.2021.
