Sri Mohd. Usman Shaikh, learned counsel for the petitioner is appearing through video conference. But, in this matter, the office has raised certain objections and those objections are required to be cured by the learned counsel for the petitioner who is on record.
Bangalore City, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC. Though, there was some civil disputes among the parties, criminal law was set into motion by registering a criminal case against the

accused. Respondent No.2/complainant namely Ms.Fouziabanu Jalaluddin daughter of late Jalaluddin is the non-resident of India. This submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
