Learned HCGP for the State is present before the Court physically and submits that criminal law was set into motion by registering a case in Cr.No.304/2018 by Soldevanahalli police station, Bengaluru City by recording FIR dated 11.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 354, 363 r/w Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(r) 3(1)(s) and 3(1)(w) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

The criminal law was set into motion by filing a complaint by Smt.Kavitha, who approached the Soladevanahalli Police Station having jurisdiction to proceed further and based upon her complaint, aforesaid criminal

case came to be registered. The case is of the year 2018 and

it is almost completion of 3 years. Therefore, this petition is

dismissed as having become infructuous.
