ORDER
Sri. H.L. Jayaramu, learned counsel for the petitioners is again absent.
This petition is filed seeking transfer of the case in CC No.1458/2017 from the file of learned Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Ballari to any other Court outside Ballari District.
Since 16.3.2020, none has represented in this case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

In view of the above order, IA No.1/2019 is also
dismissed as not surviving for consideration.
