THIS PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 482 OF CR.P.C. PRAYING TO QUASH THE ENTIRE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE PETITIONER/ACCUSED NO.3 IN C.C.NO.366/2017, FOR THE ALLEGED OFFENCES UNDER SECTION 420 R/W 34 OF IPC ON THE FILE OF PRINCIPAL SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE AND CJM COURT, KOPPAL.

The petitioner who is accused No.3 is praying for quashing of the entire proceedings in C.C.No.366/2017 for offence punishable under section 420 read with 34 of IPC on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Koppal.

Learned HCGP, on instructions, submits that the

case now stands posted to 18.03.2021 before the learned Trial Court for hearing before charges. It is therefore unnecessary to consider this petition on merits and accordingly, petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to file necessary discharge application before the learned Trial Court in which event the learned Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
