In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the

prayer is for quashing of all further proceedings in CC No.1143/2017 (in Crime No.76/2017 of Nesargi police station) on the file of the JMFC Bailhongal, for offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304A of IPC and Section 134 r/w Section 187 of Motor Vehicles Act and Sections 3 r/w 181, Section 5 r/w Section 180, Section 66 r/w Section 192 of Motor Vehicles Act Act.

The learned HCGP submits that during the pendency of this petition, charges have been framed by the learned Court below and 14 witnesses have already been examined and case now stands posted to 17/2/2021 for examination of CWs.20, 23, 24 and 27.

In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to

consider this petition on merits at this stage and accordingly, it

is dismissed.
