Perused the affidavit of Smt.Indu, wife of Mohan, Chief Officer of Moodabidiri Town Municipality. In view of the assertions made in paragraph 6 of the affidavit and the photographs annexed, at this stage, no further action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 needs to be taken.

We accordingly dispose of the petition. If the complainants find that the concerned person is again creating a nuisance, it is always open for them to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
