We have perused the reply to the contempt petition filed by the accused. Reliance is placed by the accused on the order dated 23^rd December 2020 by which a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.4029 of 2019 has stayed the operation of the order of which breach is alleged. Hence, at present, there is no case made out to initiate an action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

We grant liberty to the complainant to apply for revival of the contempt petition if the order of which breach is alleged is confirmed.

We have perused the report dated 2^nd January 2021 submitted by the Registrar (Administration). The report records that on an inquiry, it was found that the accused did not enter the precincts of this Court, but was sitting in the car parking area near Gate No.5. In view of the said report, no further action is required in the matter.
