Perused the affidavit dated 12^th April 2021 filed by the accused. By recalling the earlier decision, now the accused has passed a fresh order allotting a site to the complainant. The date of the fresh order is 7^th April 2021. A copy of the allotment letter is also annexed to the said affidavit. The only grievance made by the learned counsel appearing for the complainant is that the allotment is made subject to final order in the writ appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the accused states that a writ appeal has been already filed. Therefore, the said contention of the complainant cannot be accepted.

Though belatedly, there is a compliance made by the accused and hence, no case is made out to proceed further against the accused under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The notice of contempt issued earlier is discharged and the contempt petition is disposed of.
