This petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the direction contained in the order dated 4.12.2019 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.51624/2019.

Admittedly, in compliance of the aforesaid order

wherein, the learned Single Judge had directed the Tahsildar to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation dated 14.2.2019 submitted by the complainant, the Tahsildar by an endorsement dated 6.9.2021, has decided the representation submitted by the complainant. Since the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, we are not inclined to proceed further with the contempt proceedings. However, liberty is reserved to the complainant to assail the endorsement dated 6.9.2021 in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
