ORDER
The breach alleged is of the order dated 15th March 2019. Perusal of the order dated 1st April 2021 passed in this contempt petition shows that the complainant agreed to accept the alternate land on the conditions which are mentioned in the memo which is referred in the order dated 1st April 2021. Accordingly, allotment of a site has been made by the accused, phodi work has been completed and the site allotted to the complainant has been demarcated. Apart from issuing cultivation certification, a fresh possession receipt has been executed.
