ORDER
Heard Sri Kethan Kumar, learned counsel for the
petitioners, in person.
After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would like to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to move an application, under Order XVI Rules 1 and 6 of CPC, before the trial Court.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is at liberty to make an application, if
he is so entitled, in accordance with law.
