This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of The Constitution Of India, praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner given on 21.09.2020 to R-1 and 2 i.e., Annexure-D to the Writ Petition and direct the respondents to conduct a detailed investigation through CBI about injustice and corruption taken place in implementing project at Aurad (B) Assembly Constituency.

the petitioner wants is an enquiry/investigation by C.B.I. Such a prayer cannot be granted by the authorities to whom representation at Annexure-D is addressed. No case is made out to grant any relief. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
