Perused the counter affidavit filed by Sri Shantha Kumar (accused). Though belatedly, there is a compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 10^th June 2005. The grievance of the learned counsel appearing for the complainant is on merits of the memorandum dated 6^th November 2020. That grievance will have to be agitated by substantively challenging the said memorandum in accordance with law. Suffice it to say that no further action is required to be taken under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
