ORDER
Memo dated 18.2.2020 is filed which reads as follows:
That the election to the committee of management/board of directors of the 5th respondent-Society was held on 18.1.2020 and the petitioners took part in the election process and casted their votes in the election. The election result has been already declared.
Now these petitioners are not pressing the prayer-A, in view of declaration of election result, and subsequent events, these petitioners crave leave of this Hon’ble Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petitions. Hence, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the writ petitions as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.
It is stated in the memo that they would not press prayer-A. Respondent No.5-Society was served and unrepresented. There is no opposition to the memo dated 18.2.2020.
