Though this matter is called twice, none appears.
Office objections are not complied.
Hence, one more opportunity is granted for
compliance of office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Registry. It is made clear that if cost is not paid and objections are not complied within one week from today, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
NOTE: Vide Court Order dt. 06.03.2020, Office objections are not complied with. Hence Appeal stands dismissed.
