This Regular First Appeal filed U/S 96 of CPC, against the Judgment and Decree dated 02.07.2018 passed in O.S. No.7833/2012 on the file of the XLIV Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, partly decreeing the suit for recovery of money.
This Regular First Appeal is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:

Though this matter is called twice, none appears. Office objections are not complied.
Hence, one more opportunity is granted for compliance of office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Registry. It is made clear that if cost is not paid and objections are not complied within one week from today, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
