W.P.No.17921/2018 is contending that respondent has willfully disobeyed the direction issued by learned Single Judge on 11.02.2019 in the said Writ Petitions.

“12. In view of the aforesaid submission, these petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Rajya Dharmika Parishat to pass a speaking order on the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 20-A(2)(vii) of the Act, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.”
