This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to Direct the Respondent No.3 to delete the words "Karnataka Sarkar" appearing in the kabzedar column of the RTC extracts of the properties belonging to the petitioner, bearing Survey No.93/1a+1b/1 measuring 6 acres 8 guntas vide Annexure-c and Survey No.182/2 measuring 1 acre 15 guntas vide Annexure-d both situated at Mudalagi village in Gokak taluk.
This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court, delivered the following;
