This writ petition filed under article 226 and 227 of the constitution of India, praying to Quash the order dated:28/09/2004 made, passed by the 2nd Respondent (vide Annexure-B) and direct the Respondent No.2 to permit the petitioner to file additional form no.7a in respect of the tenancy claim of the petitioner is concerned.
