The petitioner has filed the present petition u/S 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in connection with Crime No. 155/2017 of Ron Police Station registered for the offences punishable u/S 498A, 302, 201 of IPC now pending in S.C. No. 4/2018 before the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Gadag.

intention to murder his wife Usha sit on her on the hall of the house and choke the neck of Usha and committed murder and with intention to nobody identify the deceased Usha accused has thrown the dead body in the drainage pit which is situated behind their house with intention to destroy the evidence, thereby accused committed an offence punishable u/Sec. 498A, 302, 201 of IPC.
