This Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to quash the order dated 31.3.2015 passed in P.C.A.C.C.No.4/2014 pending on the file Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chikkabalapura in the interest of justice (vide Annexure-A).
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R
The learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that the present petition is filed questioning the dismissal of the application for discharge. The trial has commenced and it is on
and two witnesses have been examined. The learned Counsel would, therefore, submit that the present petition is rendered infructuous.
The petition is accordingly disposed of as having become
infructuous.
