These Writ Petitions are filed under articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India Read with Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to Quash the entire criminal proceedings initiated by the R1 as per FIR Crime Number.4/2013 before the District and Sessions Judge and Special Judge for Lokayuktha cases at Chamarajanagara in so far as petitioners are concerned vide Annexure-B.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the court made the following:

O R D E R
When the petitions were initially filed, an interim order of stay was granted. However, the interim order of stay having been vacated, it is presupposed that the proceedings before the trail court are on. Therefore, there is no warrant to keep these petitions pending and post the same for hearing at a later date.
Hence, the petitions are disposed of without prejudice to
the case of the petitioners. All contentions are left open.
