This Regular Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code��1908,�against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.09.2006 passed in R.A.No.4/2005 on the file of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Shorapur, sitting at Shorapur, dismissing the appeal and confirming the Judgement and Decree dated: 14.7.1997 passed in OS.No.329/1995 on the file of the Munsiff, Shahapur.
This appeal coming on for further orders this day, the Court delivered the following:
J U D G M E N T
This Court already having passed a peremptory order to the effect that if fresh steps were not taken within one week immediately after vacation, as per order dated 28.04.2016, the appeal would stand dismissed against respondents No.1 and 2 would apply, as admittedly, no steps have been taken in respect of respondents No.1 and 2.
The appeal accordingly stands dismissed.
