The instant petition is filed assailing the order dated 09.08.2010 passed on I.A.No.4 in M.C. No.1928/2009.
it is pointed out that M.C.No.1928/2009 itself stands disposed of before the Family Court. Hence, the petition does not survive for consideration. If at all the need arises, the petitioner can urge such grounds in an appropriate proceedings.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
