These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to quash sale notice dated 15.07.2013 issued by R1 vide Annx-A and further issue writ of certiorari quashing e-auction notice dated 19.07.2013 issued by R1 vide Annx-B for such other writ direction declarations and orders.

dated 13.09.2013, which reads as hereunder:
“MEMO
It is respectfully submitted that in this Writ Petition Sale Notice dated 15/07/2013 and e-auction notice dated 19/07/2013 had been challenged. However subsequently a fresh sale notice has been given making the Annexures challenged in this Writ Petition invalid. Consequently the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. Reserving liberty to challenge a fresh sale notice published in page No.4 of Kannada Prabha of 01/09/2013. the petitioner intends to withdraw this Writ Petition. The petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this Writ Petition to challenge the fresh sale notice published in

page No.4 of Kannada Prabha of 01/09/2013.”
