In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of

mandamus directing the respondents to take immediate action preventing the construction of a building on a public road on 10^th Cross, 17^th Main, New Timber Yard Layout, Muneswara Block, Bangalore-26.

Before approaching this court, petitioner gave representation as per Annexure-F2 dated 02.05.2013 and also a legal notice dated 20.05.2013

as per Annexure-G. Since the respondent BBMP failed to take action and react to the request of the petitioner, they are before this court. Respondents are hereby directed to inspect the spot and to take necessary action forthwith without further loss of time by considering the representation given by the petitioner as per Annexure-F2 and Annexure-G. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby disposed of.
