The Corporation of City of Gulbarga Vs the State of Karnataka and Anr.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal is not maintainable before this Court having regard to the valuation of the subject matter of the appeal. He prays that the appeal may be transferred to the Principal District Judge, Gulbarga.

The submission is placed on record. Registry is directed to transfer the appeal to the Principal District Judge, Gulbarga, who inturn is permitted to assign the file to any other Court having jurisdiction. The appeal stands closed accordingly. All the contentions on merit are kept open. Ordered accordingly.
