THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE NOTIFICATION DT 17.8.10 VIDE ANNX-B PASSED BY R2 (ONLY IN SO FAR IT RELATES TO DENIAL OF RESERVATION OF 30% OF THE SANCTIONED POSTS BY DIRECT RECURITMENT OF CANDIDATES POSSESSING A PASS CERTIFICATE OF THREE YEARS IN LINEMAN TRADE/ELECTRICIAN PASS TRADE IMPARTED BY THE ITI OF KEB/KPTCL) AS THE SAID AMENDMENT IS BAD IN LAW AND ETC.,

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the matter is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.1249/2012 and connected matters dated 29.02.2012.

Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that, as against the said order, Writ Appeal Nos.3074-3083/2012 have been filed and the said writ appeals are pending before the Division Bench of this Court.

If the petitioners' grievance is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.1249/2012 and connected matters dated 29.02.2012, the said benefit be extended to the petitioners also. However, any

benefit granted under the said order is subject to result of the W.A.Nos.3074-3083/2012 stated to have been pending before the
