This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. to release the petitioner on bail in Cr. No.107/12 of Kumaraswamy Layout Police Station, Bangalore, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 436, 384, 120B, 107 r/w 34 of IPC.

This Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-

The petitioners are accused Nos.7 and 8 in Crime No.107/2012 registered by Kumaraswamy Layout police,

Bangalore city for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 436, 384, 120(B) and 107 read with 34 of IPC.

The complainant is one Venkatesh. He had filed a

complaint on the night of 15/16.3.2012 at 0.30 hours. In

¶21

the complaint, he does not reveal the name of these petitioners. However, in the statement of another

¶22

eyewitness, the names of these petitioners are revealed.

Having regard to the circumstances, material and

¶24

also the judicial custody of the petitioners, I find that they

¶25

may be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, petition is allowed. Petitioners are enlarged on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- each with two solvent sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. (ii) The petitioners shall regularly attend the Court on hearing dates. (iii) The petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. Sd/JUDGE RV
